How do you ensure my treats stay fresh during shipping?
All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed immediately after cooling. We use insulated packaging and gel packs for temperature-sensitive items to ensure they arrive at your door tasting bakery-fresh.
What is the typical shipping time for an order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our kitchen.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Most of our products are best enjoyed at room temperature within 3-5 days. For longer storage, you can freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Specific reheating instructions are included in every box.
